Alan G. Habermehl has been defending the rights of the accused for 25 years. His extensive experience includes cases at every level of state and federal trial and appellate courts, from local municipal court to the Supreme Court of the United States.  He is a long-time member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.  He has taught at the University of Wisconsin Law School.

During the quarter century that Alan G. Habermehl has been practicing law, he has devoted himself exclusively to advocacy on behalf of people charged with criminal and traffic offenses. Throughout the course of his practice, he has won numerous acquittals or dismissals in cases involving a wide range of charges, including homicide, sexual assault, drug dealing, domestic abuse and drunk driving.
